Define Your Core: Workout

The core of who you are sets up the decisions you make in life.

If your physical health is as valuable as your emotional health, a great work out can set you up for success in both area's of your life. Working out is proven to promote a sense of well-being, and develops confidence when completing a challenging task.

If you're ready for a challenge, I encourage you to try this core workout. It is meant to challenge you physically. If you are new to working out, try the modified versions to get you started. If you stick with this workout at least 3x a week, you will see a dramatic difference in your waist size and in your posture.
