If your often on the run like I am and are looking for healthy ways to get your nutrients in, try this juice on the run. Today I chose a recipe I found online to get my day started.
This juice is called the "Blackberry Dream Juice". It was sweet and delicious! It's also a great way to start your day off with a great source of antioxidants and energy.

Recipe: Blackberry Dream Juice
- 12 Blackberries or two handfuls
- 4 cups of cantaloupe
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup of ice
Blend (I used the Ninja blender) / or pass through juicer
