Wake up 30 mins before you have to start your day to incorporate a 30 min workout into your routine. This may not seem like much, but Jillian's videos have a way of targeting problem areas without wasting hours at the gym. I personally have lost 5 lbs staying committed to her 30 minute workouts. I found this video on You Tube and there are a lot more to choose from.

You don't need to get ready in the morning, you don't need buy any special equipment- You just need 30 minutes. Before I had dumbbells I use to use large bottles of water as my weights.
